PROVIDER ACCESS
The following policies have been set in order for the staff to more effectively care for you and your family.
OFFICE HOURS
8:00am – 5:30pm on Monday – Thursday for both appointments and urgent care; and
8:00am – 12pm on Fridays.
We ask that you call for urgent care appointments to check availability and minimize prolonged wait periods.
URGENT CARE
As a service to our patients, same day or next day appointments are available for urgent care during office hours. If the schedule does not permit you to be seen, medical therapy can be called in to your pharmacy at the provider’s discretion.
AFTER HOURS
There is always a provider available to respond to phone calls after hours and on weekends.
Just call 903-596-0602 and the answering service will contact the covering Provider.
We do not do not refill prescriptions or fill pain medications after hours.
Please limit call to acute medical issues.
OFFICE & HOLIDAY CLOSINGS
The office is closed on the following days each year:
• New Year's Eve (open ½ Day)
• New Year's Day
• Martin Luther King, Jr.
• Good Friday
• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• Independence Day
• Thanksgiving Day and the Day After
• Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
