The following policies have been set in order for the staff to more effectively care for you and your family.

OFFICE HOURS

8:00am – 5:30pm on Monday – Thursday for both appointments and urgent care; and

8:00am – 12pm on Fridays.

We ask that you call for urgent care appointments to check availability and minimize prolonged wait periods.

URGENT CARE

As a service to our patients, same day or next day appointments are available by urgent care during office hours. If the schedule does not permit you to be seen, medical therapy can be called in to your pharmacy at the provider’s discretion for a $15 fee.

AFTER HOURS

There is always a provider available to respond to phone calls after hours and on weekends. No prescriptions refills nor pain medications prescriptions. Just call 903.596.0602 and the answering service will contact the covering physician. Please limit calls to acute medical issues, no prescription refills.
